Canva is great for LinkedIn carousels. You make them static and then with Canva you can animate it. But for something more complex I find it very limited. Bytebytego uses adobe illustrator but that doesn't have a web version and doesn't work on Linux. Svgator has a free tier and it's web based
I could have done it all with Canva but I don't like their design and most importantly their gpt is not good. I get much better and faster results with Whimsical's gpt

And after a while it loaded.
I double checked on all my device and some worked right away, others too a bit of time 🤷♀️
